- left 90, frontstance, low x-block
- Advance frontstance, dbl fist middleblock
- step up feet together: right fist over left on left,
look right
left fist over right on right, look left
- Left sidekick to 90 left, simultaneous left backfist
- turn into frontstance, return left palm to right elbow
- step up feet together: left fist over right on right,
look left
right fist over left on left, look right
- Right sidekick to 90 right, simultaneous right backfist
- turn into frontstance, return right palm to left elbow
