From the choom bi stance, you begin:
Chamber left hand at right shoulder, look left Pull right hand to right waist
- Pivot 90 left, left front stance, left low block
- Advance to right front stance, right middle punch
chamber right to left shoulder, look right
- Pivot 180 degrees CW on left foot to right front
stance, right low block
- Advance to left front stance, left middle punch
Chamber left to right shoulder, look left
- Pivot 90 degrees CCW on right foot to left front
stance, left low block
- Advance to right front stance, right middle punch
- Advance to left front stance, left middle punch
- Advance to right front stance, right middle punch, KIHAP
Exchange: Right hand to waist, left hand to right shoulder
- Pivot 270 degrees CCW on right foor to left front
stance, left low block
- Advance to right front stance, right middle punch
Chamber right to left shoulder, look right
- Pivot 180 degrees CW on left foot to right front
stance, right low block
- Advance to left front stance, left middle punch
Chamber left to right shoulder, look left
- Pivot 90 degrees CCW on right foot to left front
stance, left low block
- Advance to right front stance, right middle punch
- Advance to left front stance, left middle punch
- Advance to right front stance, right middle punch, KIHAP
Exchange: Right hand to waist, left hand to right shoulder
- Pivot 270 degrees CCW on right foot to left front
stance, left low block
- Advance to right front stance, right middle punch
Chamber right to left shoulder, look right
- Pivot 180 degrees CW on left foot to right front
stance, right low block
- Advance to left front stance, left middle punch. Hold position.
