Ki cho e bo - a 20 stage pattern
From the choom bi stance, you begin:
Chamber left hand at right shoulder, look left Pull right hand to right waist
- Pivot 90 left, left front stance, left low block, right hand at right waist.
- Advance to right front stance, right high punch, left hand to left waist.
Chamber right fist to left shoulder, look right.
- Pivot 180 degrees CW on left foot to right front
stance, right low block. Left hand stays at left waist.
- Advance to left front stance, left high punch, right hand to right waist.
Chamber left fist to right shoulder, look left.
- Pivot 90 degrees CCW on right foot to left front
stance, left low block, right hand stays at right waist.
- Advance to right front stance, right high block, left hand to left waist.
- Advance to left front stance, left high block, right hand to right waist.
- Advance to right front stance, right high block, left hand to left waist.
Exchange: Right hand to right waist, left hand fist to right shoulder.
- Pivot 270 degrees CCW on right foor to left front
stance, left low block.
- Advance to right front stance, right high punch, left hand to left waist.
Chamber right fist to left shoulder, look right.
- Pivot 180 degrees CW on left foot to right front
stance, right low block.
- Advance to left front stance, left high punch, right hand to right waist.
Chamber left fist to right shoulder, look left.
- Pivot 90 degrees CCW on right foot to left front
stance, left low block.
- Advance to right front stance, right high block, left hand to left waist.
- Advance to left front stance, left high block, right hand to right waist.
- Advance to right front stance, right high block, left hand to left waist.
Exchange: Right hand to right waist, left hand to right shoulder.
- Pivot 270 degrees CCW on right foot to left front
stance, left low block, right hand to right waist.
- Advance to right front stance, right high punch, left hand to left waist.
Chamber right to left shoulder, look right.
- Pivot 180 degrees CW on left foot to right front
stance, right low block, left hand to left waist.
- Advance to left front stance, left high punch, right hand to right waist. Hold position.
